The plane finally and safely landed at the Hong Kong International Airport. It was around 11 p.m., June 23rd, Hong Kong time.
Peering through the window, I once again saw the hometown where my wife and I were born. Excitedly, both of us and our two boys could not wait to step out of the airport. We then took a shuttle bus to our hotel, settled our luggage in our room and started the very first night of our one-month vacation in Hong Kong, a city that never sleeps.
Before I continue to write about our journey on the next articles, I need to tell you this: God was the One who made our vacation possible. We thanked Him for His protection, provision and guidance. The Lord kept watching over each one of us in the small, overpopulated city of Hong Kong, which was once called Pearl of the Orient.
Talk to you later.
Welcome home, Dicky and family! 🙂
