Coconut Tart, Hong Kong style

When I was a little boy in Hong Kong, I loved to eat coconut tarts. It was one of my favorite desserts.

Yesterday, I followed a Hong Kong baker’s recipe to make the tarts, and they turned out pretty good.

Does it look yummy?
