Peking Duck

One of the restaurants nearby our hotel in Hong Kong had a special price for Peking Duck. One night, we dined there and ordered this delicacy.

Thin, crisp skins are served on a plate. Diners eat it with pancakes, green onions and hoisin sauce. One bite on this mouth-watering wrap will certainly make your stomach very happy.

How about the meat? You may order to have the meat cooked in stir-fry with different flavors such as with chives or with squash. Some restaurants may ask you if you would like to make soup with the bones.
